Self Defind was born from a simple truth: clarity isn’t found, it’s defined.

For years, we’ve been told to find ourselves, as if clarity is hiding out in the world, waiting to be discovered. And I believed it.

In my early twenties, I moved across the world, on my own, chasing purpose & clarity, thinking I’d find myself somewhere new. But clarity wasn’t waiting on the other side of a plane ticket. Instead, I felt disconnected. I tried to fit in, to follow the formulas, I consumed the books, podcasts, all in hopes that one day it would finally click.

Years later, after more than a decade leading marketing, branding, and experiential campaigns in the consumer goods space, I began to notice a pattern.
The women behind the most magnetic brands weren’t waiting for clarity or external validation, they committed to themselves. They were intentional about who they were becoming. They invested in their personal growth and it showed. In how they led. In how they made decisions. In the confidence behind their work. 

That’s when it clicked - you don’t find yourself — you define yourself.
